I could think of many crisis that could occur. But just having a rooster looking at you that way is no good. Have you ever had your toes pecked by a chicken? Good Haiku.

I have owned chickens and they have these little beady eyes that do stare at you, and they cock their heads too... weird little beings.

A bit unnerving that look I agree. clever use of the haiku. Do you know the old story about drawing an X in chalk on the ground in front of any chook and having the poor thing then fixated on that spot for hours. True? Urban myth?
